Jacky Rees, Pet sitter.
First, i would like to introduce myself, My name is Jacky and I have always been brought up around animals. From the age of one year old my family adopted a Golden Labrador Prince. During Prince's life between myself and my family, we had a lot more animals like cats, mice, chickens, hamsters, gerbils, tortuous, rabbits, and budgies. After Prince there were multiple more like Rusty our Red Setter who had his very own chair lol and Cindy our little terrier who went on to produce some puppies. I kept one of her pups zap, Me and Zap shared 7 good years together during which I nursed her through parvovirus with lots of love and healing she survived. I have been a proud owner of a Goat named Daisy but eventually, she had to go because I became pregnant and had to move house. since then I have shared my life with my family, cat PC, Bud the great Daddy of my lurchers Wiser and Lilly. I have always wanted to work with animals and decided to make a difference by opening Swansea Jack Pet Services in 2013 and I have never looked back!.

Being Jacky's daughter there was no doubt I would take in my moms foot prints. I was brought up with our lurcher bud and cat PC with many smaller animals in-between such as pet rats, hamsters, fish, gerbils, ferrets, rabbits and Ginny pigs. We also had wiser who was buds daughter and then later on Lilly who was wiser grate grand daughter all beautiful lurchers who all sadly passed away at old age. I can always remember my mom buying me vet and animal toys growing up as if she knew i was going to love all sorts of animals as I grew up. Growing up and leaving soon I'm so grateful i had the opportunity to work along side my mom with Swansea jacks and have meet many grate animals on the way. I took the opportunity of flexible working to sit a diploma in dog handling and training where i have used this knowledge to help many of pet owners. We later adopted Bob the whippet from a customer who could no longer take care of him but unfortunately at the age of 4 he passed away due to a health condition. Myself and my partner have recently got a whippet Trixie who is now 1 and a half.

Hello I'm Trixie the whippet and you may think that I don't have a role in Swansea jacks but you are wrong. I have the most important part, I make sure all the dogs that attend day care and boarding enjoy there stay by keeping them busy and playing with them. I also reassure all the worried dogs that they are in safe hands and they have nothing to worry about. My mom also likes to take me on the dog walks with her and i also help with the socialising training to help other dogs know that we are all friendly and there is nothing to worry about.
